Our goal with education is to develop comprehensive curriculum materials about the First People of the greater Los Angeles area, greater Orange County, and 4 Southern Channel Islands specifically focusing on the Gabrieleno/Tongva tribe. The goal is to provide students with a deeper understanding of the history, culture, and contributions of the Gabrieleno/Tongva people, as well as to foster respect and appreciation for Native American communities.

Our vision is to develop culturally relevant curriculum materials that accurately depict the history, traditions, and contemporary life of the Gabrieleno/Tongva tribe.  We want to engage students in meaningful learning experiences that promote empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for diverse perspectives.
